Production at United Dental starts with access to smart software that can be integrated into over two hundred (200) implant platforms. Designs are combined with CNC devices using advanced technologies, and the production of dentures takes place with passive fit and perfection.

Custom Abutment Scraping (Titanium)

Virtual abutment design is made with CAD software using patient data obtained through an optical scanner. The virtually designed abutment is transferred digitally to the CAM milling unit and the selected abutment is produced from titanium material.
